1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Larger dehumidifiers may take slightly longer to process and ship.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The dehumidifier must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. How does a dehumidifier work?
Our dehumidifiers draw in moist air, cool it to condense the moisture into water, collect the water in a tank (or drain it continuously), and release drier, warmer air back into the room.
6. What size dehumidifier do I need?
We recommend choosing based on room size:
- Small rooms (< 1,500 sq ft): 20–30 pint models
- Medium rooms (1,500–2,500 sq ft): 40–50 pint models
- Large spaces / basements: 50–70 pint models

7. Are your dehumidifiers quiet?
Yes. Most models operate between 45–55 dB, making them quiet enough for bedrooms, offices, and living rooms.
8. Do they have continuous drainage option?
Yes. Many models support continuous drainage with a standard garden hose (hose not included). This is ideal for long-term use in basements or high-humidity areas.
9. Are the dehumidifiers energy efficient?
Yes. Our units use Energy Star rated or high-efficiency compressors to help save on electricity costs while effectively removing moisture.
10. Do they remove mold and allergens?
Yes. By reducing humidity levels (ideally 30–50%), our dehumidifiers help prevent mold growth and significantly reduce dust mites and allergens.
11. How often do I need to empty the water tank?
It depends on humidity level and room size. In very humid conditions, the tank may need emptying 1–2 times per day. Many customers use the continuous drain option to avoid this.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my dehumidifier arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
